Bob will not look at your car unless you leave it over night with him. I have tried to get my car looked at this whole month but he absolutely wouldn't work on it without me leaving it there. Which is very hard to do when you have a full time job!!! I finally get some days off to leave the car there and he dont even look at it for 24 hours and then he only calls to let me know that I need a part, which crazy enough, takes 24 hours. In fact, he didn't even do anything to the car I asked him to do. People told me not to take my car here and I'm sure this, among many others, is a reason why. *** Take your vehicles to someone with the time and professionalism to do it right, I can assure you Bob doesn't have time for you. He will just get around to you if he can. ***
