Dr. Rowland is the best!! He is always available, at all hours, day or night. I will recommend him to anyone who has a furbaby if they want the best care for them.

Dr Rowland is my doggie's new Dr, He is an awesome Dr, he actually liked my dog. My dog Bella like him more. He is very caring and reassuring.
