I will take my business to Morristown for compounded prescriptions. The customer service is terrible here. I wasn't greeted, let alone served for five minutes after walking in either time I came in (they weren't busy). After I was told my prescription would be ready at the end by of the previous day, imagine my surprise when I arrived and was told it wouldn't be ready until after the upcoming weekend. I spoke with the pharmacist on the day I was told it would be ready(the second time), and was told it wouldn't be ready for another day. After I confirmed it was finished and made the trek back to new Tazewell, I could only pay with cash or check, because their internet was down. I don't know how they are able to stay in business they way they are running it. I will not be returning.
