Meat department has room for improvement. Bought ground beef here once and it looked fresh on the outside, but was old and brown in the middle. Prices aren't the best.
Have everything I need in stock, and unlike THAT OTHER STORE,you have room to go 3 wide down the isles. Young people are great. Cashiers, bagboys, and the entire staff very helpful. And they carry the right brands of certain foods.
The Franklin NC store has just opened. It is large and beautiful. It is impressive.
One of my two favorite grocery stores to shop at. We don't have a lot of variety in grocery stores nearby since this is a very rural area, but Ingles has an excellent range of products and employees who are willing to order things you want / need if they do not have them currently in stock. Sometimes corporate HQ discontinues things a regular customer wants, and the store employees work hard to get those items from their wholesale house.
Best store in town to be able to run in and out without standing in line.
